- Collaborate with development, design, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Assist in change management, adoption strategies, and training plans.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
🔹 Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

- Experience in ERP/CRM/HRIS systems implementation.
- Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools, or RPA solutions.
- Industry certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA).
