• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

• Experience in ERP/CRM/HRIS systems implementation.
• Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools, or RPA solutions.
